The design embodies the content, striving to present the world of patents in a light, easy to understand manner.
We developed a set of illustrations inspired by the technical drawings in patent applications. All patent examples in the book contains photography, illustration and essential information about the patent.
Patent is printed on Munken Kristall. The true high white shade of Munken Kristall gives an extra dimension and tonal contrast to images, whilst the smooth surface adds an exclusive, yet very natural feel to the printed material. Ecolabeled, FSC® – The mark of responsible forestry.
The cheese slicer, the paperclip, fertilizer and the spray can are some of Norway's most significant patented inventions.
The book is registry cut both for its form and function. It makes for an easy to check, recurring "encyclopedia".
